"The photographic exchange between both artists creates a sequence of images like an animated discussion complete with all its emotions, colors, moods, and nuances. Keller and Prammer's game of ping-pong is about interpersonal relationships, representation and identity, aging, transcience, and powerlessness, as well as about the fragile relationship between human and nature. The are neither winners nor losers in this game, there is only the shared jorney. It is about playing the game, the dynamics of the exchanges, as well as inspiration and association. Viewers don't just see a string of pictures, they witness a photographic dialog that places value in the arrangement and respective aesthetic statement of the images. The resulting work exemplifies the power of communication inherent in photography."

- Sophie Haslinger, AUT

Instead of playing the game around a ping-pong table, the exhibition series PING PONG invites artist Margarita Keller and Agnes Prammer to pass pictures back and forth. The photographers start a dialogue on a certain topic (portrait) using their own images. The visual ping-pong games were also presented in exhibition PING PONG#2 at Kaeshmaesh 7.11.19 - 20.11.19.
